New small Jeep caught without camouflage

The new version is crisper in design which is in line with the Grand Cherokee.

India-bound new Compass or C SUV will be going to Jeep's third offering to the market. Published by Brazilian website Autoo, the pictures reveal Jeep's next crossover borrows more than a handful of styling cues from the bigger Grand Cherokee, including a tall front end with a thin grille. As on other Jeep SUVs, there are also squared off wheel arches and large alloy wheels. Jeep CEO Mike Manley has said it will stick with either Compass or Patriot, but the only name depicted on the vehicle in the photos is Limited, signifying its trim level, which in this case appears to include a black roof.

The vehicle is expected to get eight-inch infotainment system and features like climate control and push-button start. In India, only the diesel unit is likely to be offered.

The shark bites happened at New Smyrna Beach in Volusia County, leaving one of the men attacked, facing surgery in hospital. A lifeguard vehicle drives past one of several signs Sunday warning visitors about sharks at New Smyrna Beach in Florida.

Spy shots taken in Brazil have prematurely revealed the 2018 Jeep Compass well ahead of its official debut.

The Compass, which will be shown in Brazil before the USA spec version makes its debut at the 2016 LA Auto Show in October, was photographed by Brazilian automotive website Autoo while Jeep was shooting promotional material for the crossover. Technical details haven't been officially released yet, but the rumor mill indicates the use of the same Small Wide Platform - used by the Renegade and Fiat 500X - so it's safe to assume it will also share the engines, gearboxes and all-wheel drive in the higher specification trims.
