Male Nurse Faces Criminal Charges For Secretly Videoing Nude Patients

A nurse in Pennsylvania took secret photographs and videos of eight naked patients - including a 17-year-old girl - during appointments at a dermatology office, authorities said.

The peeping tom, 45-years-old, had been caught earlier in February as he secretly tapeed the teenage girl, who had been undergoing her phototherapy session at the Penn Medicine Dermatology Center in the Lower Makefield Township, say officials. She could see her nude reflection on the phone, which had been recording for 25 seconds. The incidents occurred at Penn Medicine Dermatology on the 1000 block of Floral Vale Boulevard.

The girl stated that she had notices that a mobile phone was slipped under her room's curtains where she had been naked for her treatment, said the town's police chief, Kenneth Coluzzi. Along with charges filed in February, authorities have announced 43 additional counts involving the original victim and the seven others. In each video, according to court records, four of the women are completely nude and one is nude below her torso.

The seven additional victims are all adult women, the District Attorney said. He faces felony charges of Photographing, Filming/Depicting on Computer as Sex Act of a Child as well as Criminal Use of Communication Facility, Endangering the Welfare of Children and Invasion of Privacy. "She turned the phone over to facility staff upon discovering it at her feet".

Detectives seized his phone and examined it after obtaining a search warrant, court documents say.
