Lorde Invited a Cashier at a Smoothie Shop to the Governor's Ball

The Royals singer gave one lucky fan a free ticket to watch her perform at the upcoming Governors Ball - simply because she served her a smoothie.

Then, in what might have been a dream planted in her head using Lorde's black magic, the cashier Ayesha saw that Lorde was offering to take her to Gov Ball.

Talk about a good tip!

Emely posted the exchange with the caption: "Woke up trying to figure out if last night was a dream or real life." which she followed up with: "Guess I should go get my glasses because Lorde is actually taking me to [the Governors Ball]".

Friends and Twitter followers alike asked if Ayesha would go to the concert, to which she responded: "Absolutely".

Comicon props banned after armed man arrested
This had lead to increased security checks and a ban being placed on all prop weapons for the remainder of the convention. The Phoenix Comicon is being held at the Phoenix Convention Center in the downtown area of Arizona's capital.

Apparently Lorde wanted to invite her new BFF in real life, but "got shy". I'm crying [right now]!

But *then* she shared a screenshot of a private conversation they had via Twitter after Lorde slid into her DMs.

Lorde is in NY this week to perform at the upcoming Governor's Ball in the area this weekend.

Her new album Melodrama drops June 16, and the singer recently teased lyrics from another new single set to be released on June 2.

Other performers across the weekend include Chance the Rapper, Phoenix, Tool, Childish Gambino, and Cage the Elephant.
