Two bounty hunters and the fugitive from Minnesota they were tracking shot each other dead in a hail of bullets at a Texas auto dealership in front of panicked customers, officials said Wednesday.

Garcia and Bernal were licensed private investigators in Corpus Christi who'd been hired to bring in Hutchinson after a tip led fugitive recovery agents to suspect he was in Texas.

The fugitive had been sought since he failed to appear for a March court date in Minneapolis, forfeiting a $50,000 bond. Hutchinson tried to pull a gun from his waistband and all three went for it. Video shot by an witness shows the men struggling and fighting as Hutchinson is able to gain hold of his weapon and open fire.

Kevin Reece, a reporter for WFAA-TV, reported that those killed are believed to be two bounty hunters and their target. They said Garcia owned F.N.G.

Passenger tries to storm cockpit
The man was detained after the plane returned to the airport and Victoria Police said the man did not gain entry to the cockpit. A passenger named Andy said he heard the passenger threaten to blow up the plane about 10 minutes after the plane took off.

"We are charged with the task of apprehending people who fail to appear in court", said Stew Peters, a bail investigator who helped track Hutchinson.

Officers arrived at Nissan of Greenville around 7:20 p.m. local time, responding to reports of multiple gunshots. No employees or customers were hurt during the gunfire exchange, police said. In the video, the bounty hunters are seen holding Hutchinson at gunpoint; they wrestle with him for a moment before shots begin ringing out.

"He always performed his investigations with the utmost integrity", Peters said. A window was shattered and there was some property damage, but no one outside of the three mysterious men was injured.

According to an interview with the CEO of the dealership group that owns the Nissan franchise, the two plainclothes bounty hunters arrived several hours beforehand and presented themselves as federal agents-a violation of Texas state law. He said he would've done things differently just knowing the basics of what happened.
