Trump commits to NATO's Article 5

US President Donald Trump reacts to a reporter´s question during a joint news conference with Romanian President Klaus Iohannis in the Rose Garden at the White House in Washington, US.

According to the statement sent to ACTMedia, the American-Romanian Business Council (AMRO) applauds President Donald J. Trump for meeting with Romanian President Klaus Iohannis on Friday.

President Donald Trump promised Americans Friday that his tough stance on North Atlantic Treaty Organisation funding is working and that he is seeing "money starting to pour into North Atlantic Treaty Organisation". And he said multiple times that he choose to take detailed notes about his interactions with Trump because he anxious the White House and President would lie about them if he didn't.

Iohannis also praised the U.S.

A defiant President Donald Trump said Friday he was willing to testify under oath about his conversations with James Comey, further fueling the swirling controversy ignited by the fired Federal Bureau of Investigation director's bombshell testimony before the Senate on Thursday. In one way or another Comey accused Trump or his administration of lying five times.

President Donald Trump says he's working to streamline the permit process for infrastructure projects across the country to get them finished faster. He did testify that Trump told him on January 26 that he expected loyalty from the Federal Bureau of Investigation director and urged him to drop the probe into Flynn the next month.

Trump's personal legal team, led by attorney Marc Kasowitz, is said to be focusing the complaint on Comey's disclosure during his appearance before the Senate Intelligence Committee that he asked a professor at Columbia University law school to pass on memos he wrote about his private interactions with Trump to a reporter. "I hardly know the man [Comey]".

After OPEC deal, Texas oil regulator boasts of victory
Still, analysts were disappointed the group did not seek steeper cuts and a longer extension. This has slowed the market's rebalancing with global crude stocks still near record highs.

Earlier Mr Trump had his silence on Twitter, tweeting he'd been vindicated and derided Comey as a "leaker". On Friday he said he was "committing the United States to Article 5".

Kasowitz also asserted that Trump never directed Comey "in form or substance" to stop the FBI's investigation into the Trump campaign's contacts with Russian officials, and he said Comey's testimony confirmed that Trump "was not under investigation as part of any probe into Russian interference" in the 2016 election.

He said that he'd carefully documented his interactions with Trump because he anxious Trump would misrepresent them, and accused the administration of spreading "lies, plain and simple" about the reasons for his firing.

But Comey's testimony about the President has darkened the clouds hanging over the White House. It was a stunning accusation, suggesting that the former Federal Bureau of Investigation director had lied to Congress, while under oath. "No I didn't say that". We are doing really well.

Rather, Trump must be premeditatedly pushing an alternate reality knowing that his base will believe anything, that if he says something, no matter how obviously incorrect it is, his core supporters are desperate to believe him.

"I didn't say that, I will tell you I didn't say that, and there would be nothing wrong if I did say that."

Harvard Law School professor Mark Tushnet said onlookers should keep in mind that Comey knows much more than he can say, calling his testimony a "big deal".
