Jennifer Lawrence's plane makes emergency landing in Buffalo

A private plane carrying Oscar victor Jennifer Lawrence was reportedly forced to make an emergency landing in upstate NY. Jennifer's flight departed from Louisville, Kentucky and suffered an engine failure at the altitude of 31,000 feet. In the middle of the resulting emergency landing, the other engine failed. Terrifying, none the less.

The website reported that Lawrence, a Louisville native, had been visiting family.

"A Hawker Beechcraft B40 aircraft landed safely at Buffalo Niagara International Airport in NY at about 1:40 pm on Saturday", the statement read.

'The crew diverted to Buffalo when they declared an emergency due to engine-related issues. Fortunately, according to her representative, the Silver Linings Playbook actress survived the incident without injury. She was not hurt during the flight, a rep told the news site.
