Leicester City agree Kelechi Iheanacho deal

According to a report from Sky Sports this evening, Leicester City have agreed a deal in principle to sign striker Kelechi Iheanacho from Premier League rivals Manchester City.

Borussia Dortmund and Monaco are also reportedly interested in the 10-time Nigeria worldwide.

With City's constant pursuit of Spurs right-back Kyle Walker, the Sun are reporting that City could be set to offer Iheanacho to Spurs in a player-plus-cash deal for the England worldwide.

City are wary of being stuck in a situation like Manchester United, who had to spend £89m to re-sign their academy graduate Paul Pogba last summer.

Mother charged with murdering four children and partner grins in court
The four children killed were identified as Isabela Martinez, 10; Dacota Romero, 7; Dillan Romero, 4; and Axel Romero, 2. The surviving 9-year-old girl remained hospitalized with serious injuries.

According to the report, Iheanacho is keen to join Leicester City who also have his compatriots Wilfred Ndidi and Ahmed Musa.

Iheanacho has been consistently linked with a move to West Ham this summer, but after Slaven Bilic reportedly cooled his interest due to Man City's £25m valuation of the youngster, Leicester City now look set to swoop for the Nigeria international's signature.

The 20 year old will have his medicals on Wednesday when he returns back to England after he was given extended break by coach Pep Guardiola due to his engagement in global matches with Nigeria during the off season.

Walker was arguably the best-performing defender of the 2016-17 Premier League campaign but £50 million is a steep price for City to pay.
