Tom Cruise injured filming stunt on 'Mission: Impossible 6' set

Ouch! Tom Cruise appeared to injure himself while filming a stunt on the set of Mission: Impossible 6 in London on Sunday, August 13.

In a video obtained by TMZ, the actor is harnessed to cables to keep him aloft, and can be seen leaping from the top of one building to another. Crew members on the movie's safety team then approach Cruise and pull him away.

The 55-year-old actor is well known for doing quite a few of his own stunts, including some notable moments in his past involving pretty scary situations.

Be that as it may, he landed short and smashed hard into the side of the building. He then returned to the rigging via wire supports and walked away from the area with a noticeable limp.

Meanwhile, producer David Ellison previously revealed that Cruise has been "training for a year" for his role in "Mission: Impossible 6".
