The Duchess spent her Monday morning at a kids' charity event at Paddington Station with Prince William, Prince Harry, and everyone's favorite children's book character, Paddington.

He pointed out: "Now, bearing in mind they announced that she was pregnant back in September and it was thought she was two or three months pregnant at the time, I'm not sure how much news this really is".
