Jared Kushner Turns Over Documents to Special Counsel Robert Mueller

Thanksgiving could be pretty tense at whatever Trump golf resort the first family chooses to celebrate the upcoming holiday.

The Trump administration is in panic mode following Monday's bombshell indictments and the 45th POTUS is apparently throwing his son-in-law, Jared Kushner, under the bus.

Bannon for the first eight months of Trump's presidency was his top strategic adviser and reportedly clashed frequently with Kushner.

During the 2016 Trump presidential campaign, Kushner helped develop and run Trump's digital media strategy. You can't go any lower.

Trump has reacted to the situation by lashing out on Twitter and venting in private to friends, Sherman wrote.

As the Kushner report was coming out, Trump called the New York Times Wednesday afternoon and told reporters Maggie Haberman and Peter Baker that, "I'm actually not angry at anybody". Many days begin with a "general conversation" about it before they start other business, "but it is very distracting for him".

According to CNN, Mueller is interested in Kushner's role in the firing of former FBI Director James Comey. Those actions led to Mueller's appointment as special counsel.

Trump also told his longtime adviser Roger Stone that he agreed with Stone's assessment that Kushner was providing him bad political advice, someone familiar with the conversation told Vanity Fair.

Another campaign aide, Sam Nunberg, echoed Stone's sentiment. "Jared is the worst political adviser in the White House in modern history". The former advisor added, " I would say [Kushner] should go back to real estate in NY. The White House declined to comment.

As indictments were unsealed against former Trump campaign staff and special counsel Robert Mueller revealed Monday that at least one ex-Trump campaign adviser has pleaded guilty to federal charges, Trump's frustration with Kushner has grown exponentially, Vanity Fair reported.

Meanwhile, Jared himself remains a focus of Mueller's Russia investigation and was questioned by Congress about his contacts with Russian officials during the presidential campaign.

USA investigators are also reportedly looking into Tony Podesta, a prominent Democratic lobbyist, and Vin Weber, a former GOP congressman, the Associated Press reports.
