Patriots' Brady denies celebrating Garoppolo's trade to 49ers

If he is still the coach of the Patriots two or three days after New England has played its last game, then it's likely he is going to stay.

The trade of Garoppolo, who went 5-0 after taking over the San Francisco starting job, is alleged to have ignited the so-called feud among Brady, Belichick and Kraft.

Brady struggled down the stretch this season, but, in the face of this controversy, expect him to be ramped up and ready to put together a great outing against the Titans. Presumably, Brady will be his quarterback.

But in the report, Wickersham wrote about how Brady didn't do much to help Garoppolo along as he progressed as an National Football League quarterback over the last few years.

That wasn't the only controversial report Belichick assaulted on Monday.

Justin Timberlake Drops "Filthy" Video, Channels Steve Jobs
Longtime fans of Justin Timberlake were thrilled when he announced earlier this week that his fifth studio album, Man Of The Woods, would be released on February 2 , two days before he performs at the Super Bowl. "This is a song called Filthy by Justin Timberlake .

Brady also dismissed the notion of preventing Garoppolo from working with personal trainer and business partner Alex Guerrero. It seemed to show Brady wasn't on board with Garoppolo being his eventual successor.

Later in his Tuesday press conference, Belichick was asked if - as a part of his team's preparations for Tennessee - he touched on the ESPN report with his team. "Wickersham's full report on the meeting read: "[Belichick] has even become good friends with Goodell. "I think now you just have to take everything - it's just a little bit different now".

"I'm all-in on Tennessee", said Belichick, in that bottom-of-a-drain voice of his, where expression goes to die. I have never denied anybody anything in regards to TB12. "Again, I think this speaks to someone whether it is the writer himself, or whoever he spoke to, what agenda they might have in painting some type of picture". "Been great. Appreciate everything Robert has done for me". It's a fascinating relationship and I think the context that I wrote that in is - I don't know when Coach Belichick is going to walk away from the NFL.

With the 59th pick that the Giants acquire from Jacksonville, Belichick works his magic and finds the next Jimmy Garoppolo (who better to find the next one than the man who found the last one). And that's a great challenge for us. He was on the sideline and I saw him before the game and wished each other well. Brady also supposedly wanted players calling him "Sir" and was responsible for getting Chris Hogan injured. "It is such a poor characterization". "I've been pretty lucky to have Tom as the quarterback for those 18 years, playing for 17". I know you want to report on things that are inaccurate and unattributable. I've never been traded or released, but I can imagine how that might feel. I would never feel that way when Jimmy got traded or Jacoby [Brissett] got traded. "A little room to grow but I'm excited to be out there with the guys and grateful to be on my feet".
