Windows 10 insiders get Game Bar improvements

Windows 10 S will instead be making use of the Microsoft Authenticator app. Keep in mind that Microsoft is yet to officially announce the dates for Build 2018, and although WalkingCat's leaks are nearly never inaccurate, you are probably better off waiting for the official announcement before making any bookings. Biometric options such as facial recognition and fingerprint scanning are also included.

The latest Windows Build 17093 has gone out to those fearless users on the Insider Fast Ring update track.

The Windows team touts another round of improvements to the Game Bar.

Microsoft explained that it makes more sense for developers focusing on fully-tailored UWP experience to build things from the ground up using native technologies.

The latest Insider Preview updates from Redmond further signals a new era where access and security are more tightly interwoven than before. By default, it uses full display brightness, so you'll want to change that if you're not plugged in. To help with that conundrum, build 17093 includes an option to force the display to keep its usual display brightness level when playing HDR video.

Nassar Is Sentenced on Three More Charges of Sexual Abuse
For months, Nassar denied the accusations, saying he was doing a legitimate medical treatment involving pelvic floor work. "Each time he got away, he was empowered to continue and ideal his abuse and his techniques even more".

Windows 10's Microsoft Store has always been criticized for its rather lacklustre selection of apps.

Other features like better multi-GPU support for apps and an improved Game Bar are also being tested in the new Insider Build; most of which are for quality of life improvements. The same also applies to Microsoft which prompted them to introduce Diagnostic data viewer in their last build.

Talking about security, Windows Defender is now Windows Security in Settings, and the window has been remodeled. You can also now print web pages without ads and unnecessary clutter from the web. As ever, some known bugs remain, including a pause of up to 90 minutes at the 88% mark during the installation process. It is an interesting update for PC gamers and enthusiasts as it delivers quite a few new features with a focus on gaming and entertainment.

Moving ahead on their earlier announcement, Microsoft has dropped more details about their plans to bring Progressive Web Apps to Microsoft Store with the release of the Redstone 4 update. We'd guess that we don't have to wait that much longer until the update is out.
