Trump asked witnesses about special counsel conversations

The former aide left Trump's campaign in the summer of 2015, when racist Facebook posts on his account from the past were dug up, Politico reports.

Then, in an interview with the Associated Press, Nunberg, who was sacked twice from the campaign, acknowledged he was angry over Mueller's subpoena and having to hand in thousands of emails and communications with former campaign officials, but in the end he'd end up complying.

At Monday's daily press briefing, White House Press Secretary Sarah Huckabee Sanders repeated what she's said all along: "There was no collusion with the Trump campaign".

"Why do I have to do it?"

Katy Tur and Ari Melber on MSNBC and Jake Tapper and Burnett on CNN sounded sympathetic to Nunberg, asking about his emotional state and warning him of the consequences of refusing to cooperate with Mueller. Nunberg was close to Bannon, but he has said a lot of very negative things about Trump.

Mr Nunberg said Mr Mueller's questioning suggested he was looking into stories about the president and prostitutes when Mr Trump took his Miss Universe pageant to Moscow in 2013.

"I'm not going to weigh into someone who doesn't work at the White House", she said.

He was sacked in August 2015, over racially charged Facebook posts, after he and Stone lost a internal power struggle with then-campaign manager Corey Lewandowski. "The Russians offered us something, and we thought they had something, and that was it, '" Nunberg said.

The end is nigh for their diesel passenger cars
The new model is based on the Toyota New Global Architecture (TNGA ) as expected, shared with the Prius , C-HR, and the new Camry. A particular success has been the compact SUV - the Toyota C-HR - introduced at the end of 2016.

Nunberg said the bulk of what he was asked for was related to his communications with Roger Stone, his mentor and another early Trump campaign adviser who was later fired, and Steve Bannon.

As he has before, Stone denied Tuesday any collusion with Russian Federation and said he "never had any advance knowledge of the content, the source, or the exact timing of the WikiLeaks disclosures", nor discussed the hacked emails with Trump. That's what happened to former Bill Clinton business partner Susan McDougal, who sat in jail for 18 months after refusing to testify before a Whitewater grand jury. "I just don't want to make it easy", he said.

Nunberg said he plans to comply with all aspects of the subpoena, including the federal grand jury testimony he has been called to deliver on Friday.

The subpoena was for Sam Nunberg to turn over thousands of emails between himself and campaign officials and Roger Stone.

"I think they may..."

He spent the day giving a series of freakish interviews, including one in which he branded White House press secretary Sarah Huckabee Sanders a "fat slob". "She's not attractive. She's a fat slob". Trump may very well have done something during the election with the Russians. Their president has a 33% approval rating.

Carter Page, a former Trump campaign aide. "And then I'll laugh", he said numerous times on MSNBC.
