Prince Charles puts a lid on lavatory seat rumour

Prince Charles, left and Camilla, Duchess of Cornwall, center, arrive with Aboriginal Elder Ted Williams during the opening ceremony for the 2018 Commonwealth Games at Carrara Stadium on the Gold Coast, Australia, Wednesday, April 4, 2018.

The exposé, written by British investigative writer Tom Bower, is titled the Rebel Prince: The Power, Passion and Defiance of Prince Charles, make ludicrous claims like Charles sending multiple bedrooms' worth of furniture before of an overnight visit to a friend, including his own bottled water and toilet seat.

"Is it true that you carry your own toilet seat when you travel?" a Hit105 host asked Prince Charles, to which he responded while cursing, "My own what?"

Prince Charles: "Oh, DON'T believe all that CRAP". We'll probably never know.

Charles was greeted in Brisbane by Governor-General Peter Cosgrove, a former Australian army general who represents the monarch in Australia, and was welcomed with a 21-gun salute.

The institutional investor owned 72,200 shares of the auto manufacturer's stock after selling 707,740 shares during the period. If a buyer buys one share of stock from a seller, then that one share is added to the total volume of that particular stock.

However, the Duchess of Cornwall also laughed off the rumors about her husband when questioned by Hits 105 Brisbane, scolding, "Oh, don't you believe that!"

The visit equals his mother Queen Elizabeth II's tally of 16 royal tours of the former British colony and comes as the 91-year-old monarch winds back her worldwide travel commitments. It is the first time since Australia became a self-governing country 117 years ago that both the Prime Minister and opposition agree on this.

Camilla Parker Bowles reportedly agreed to go on the trip in the hopes it would help Prince Charles' case for becoming the next Commonwealth Head, a title separate from the crown that he is not guaranteed to inherit.

Prince Harry and his then-wife, Meghan Markle, will be visiting Australia in October for the Invictus Games.
