Tiffany Haddish to Produce Comedy 'Unsubscribed' in Development at HBO

According to Variety, the actress who is now co-starring on TBS' The Last OG with Tracy Morgan will helm the project that aims to examine female blackness, beauty, and identity through a behind-the-scenes look at the Instagram hustle.

The project comes from writers Xosha Roquemore and Danielle Henderson, who previously wrote for Hulu's Difficult People and HBO's own Divorce.

As we reported back in January, the amusing lady inked a two-year first-look deal with the premium cable network.

"I was talking to Elizabeth Perkins and her husband was in the elevator and I liked the way he was looking at her and I was like, "I hope one day I get me a husband like that, I hope one day a man look at me that way and love me that much, '" she said".

The Universal film "Night School", in which Haddish stars alongside Kevin Hart, will bow in September. Henderson is repped by UTA and Kaplan Perrone.
