Trump angry at explosive book

Bob Woodward's book, Fear: Trump In The White House, will be available in U.S. bookshops on Tuesday after a week of excerpts, leaks and interviews that portray the president as dangerously erratic and uninformed.

Stelter also confirmed and said Woodward has written books about pretty much every presidency and he has an enormous amount of credibility because he has written a total of eighteen books.

"People who work for him are anxious - that he will sign things or give orders that threaten the national security or financial security of the country or of the world", Woodward told 'CBS Sunday Morning'. Whatever the flaws of Mr Trump's predecessors, they all tried to the best of their ability to do what they believed were good things for their country.

Woodward said he used multiple interviews with key witnesses to write the book, including one subject who was interviewed nine times, resulting in hundreds of pages of their transcribed statements.

"It doesn't work. He's got it in his head, when people challenge him, he'll say, 'Oh, I've had those ideas for 30 years".

Earlier, Trump said he would pen his own book with the real story of his accomplishments.

The decision not to include the weapons in the parade is seen as a move to placate Donald Trump and continue decreasing the tension between the nations that had existed before, an analyst told the New York Times.

Several prominent figures in the book have denied quotes that Woodward attributes to them.

Woodward's book uses unnamed sources to describe life in the White House.

When Bob Woodward says that we are not taking seriously the threat posed by a President "so detached from the reality of what's going on", we should all take note.

Third Moon-Kim summit to be held September 18-20: envoy
North Korean leader Kim Jong-un on Wednesday invited President Moon Jae-in for another summit in Pyongyang on September 18-20. Secretary of State Mike Pompeo's planned visit to Pyongyang last month, citing a lack of progress in the talks.

A senior White House official was quoted as saying the relationship between President Donald Trump and his defense chief "has nowhere to go but down, fast".

Actually, Guthrie's question was a softball, giving Woodward a chance to explain, somewhat confusingly, that his sources might be anonymous but the "incidents" are not.

During his business career, Trump wrote almost 20 books, including "The Art of the Deal". Democrats can't stand losing.

For example, he said that the president imposing tariffs goes against what "99.9%" of experts have recommended.

In the book, Kelly is quoted calling the president an "idiot" and calling the White House under Trump "crazytown".

The book also quotes Mattis, after a contentious National Security Council meeting on January 19, as saying Trump acted like and had the understanding of "a fifth or sixth-grader".

Certainly if there is an individual, whether or not, since we don't know who they are, if that individual is in meetings where national security is being discussed or other important topics and they are attempting to undermine the executive branch, that would certainly be problematic and something the Department of Justice should look into.

Both have enraged the President and led to new levels of suspicion among his staff, many of whom were already at odds with each other.

While it's true that the paper's editors knew their correspondent's identity, the op-ed's anonymous allegations will only fuel Trump's one-man war on the media and add fire to his ridiculous and damaging claim that journalists are the "enemy of the people".
