Melania's visit, which started in Ghana and will continue on to Kenya and Egypt, has so far attracted varied interest levels in Africa with few crowds lining streets to see her.

She then took to the Nairobi National Park where she spotted rhino, giraffe, hippo, buffalo, zebra and other wildlife.

In the afternoon, Mrs Kenyatta hosted her U.S. counterpart at State House, Nairobi where they held discussions on their shared interests in areas of health and welfare of mothers and children as well as conservation.

President of the United States of America (USA) Donald Trump, says Africans love his wife, Melania Trump, and that is a "beautiful thing to see".

Back at the orphanage, Mrs. Trump left the same way she arrived.

Melania has so far visited Ghana, Malawi, and Kenya.

Mrs Trump has also said she is looking forward to meeting her Kenyan counterpart. The trip is part of her "Be Best" initiative, which focuses on improving the lives of children.
