Trump rally crowd chants 'Lock her up!' about Senator Feinstein

U.S. Supreme Court Associate Justice Brett Kavanaugh participates in his ceremonial public swearing-in with retired Justice Anthony Kennedy as U.S. President Donald Trump and Kavanaugh's wife, Ashley, and daughters Liza and Margaret look on in the East Room of the White House.

While Trump apologized on behalf of the nation for "the awful pain and suffering" Kavanaugh and his family had suffered and declared him "proven innocent", the new justice assured Americans that he would be fair and was taking the job with "no bitterness".

After Dr. Christine Blasey Ford shared her testimony in before the Senate Judiciary Committee ahead of the confirmation now-Supreme Court Justice Brett Kavanaugh, the country - and the world - responded first with disappointment and now hope and support.

"You know, if it gets a little boring, if I see people starting to sort of, maybe thinking about leaving, I can sort of tell the audience, I just say, 'We will build the wall!' and they go nuts", President Trump noted. It saddens me. Because our judicial system has been viewed as one of the main pillars of our constitutional government.

"It is very hard I think for a member of the public to look at what goes on in confirmation hearings these days, which is a very sharp conflict in political terms between Democrats and Republicans, and not think that the person who comes out of that process must similarly share that partisan view of public issues and public life. I think, given our divides, it will pretty much fall predictably between those who are for and those who are against", Clinton said.

Appointed by President Donald Trump, Kavanaugh's confirmation cemented a conservative majority on the court that could last for years.

"He has insulted, attacked, demeaned women throughout the campaign - really for many years leading up to the campaign".

The latest justice to join the bench, Neil Gorsuch, spoke previous year during his swearing-in at the White House Rose Garden. Lisa Murkowski of Alaska despite her opposition to Brett Kavanaugh's Supreme Court nomination.

What to expect from Google’s Pixel 3 event
We do know nearly everything about the device but Google might have some surprises up their sleeves. Google will be launching the Pixel 3 and Pixel 3 XL on the 9th of October at New York City.

Trump's rally in Council Bluffs is the latest stop on a busy tour campaigning for Republican candidates in the lead-up to November's midterm congressional elections.

Trump says he thinks many Democrats will vote Republican in next month's midterm elections because they're angry about Kavanaugh's treatment.

At least two other women accused the judge of sexual misconduct when he was in high school and college.

Trump, who has called Democrats "an angry left-wing mob", then turned to the crowd for judgment, asking, "Did we leak?" "And he toughed it out", Trump said at the International Association of Chiefs of Police meeting.

Judge Kavanaugh, 53, was confirmed by the Senate on Saturday in a 50-48 vote following an acrimonious debate over his nomination triggered by a series of sexual assault allegations during the last phase of his confirmation process.

Democratic Senator Dianne Feinstein of California speaks to the media in Washington, DC, on September 27, 2018.

"The Senate confirmation process was contentious and emotional".

Justice Kavanaugh can be expected to cast crucial votes on those issues as well as gun control, immigration, voting rights and others.
