As of YouTube, a spokesperson told that "YouTube has strict rules and policies that oversee what videos we allow ads to appear on, and videos that promote anti-vaccination content are a violation of those policies".

Watson's video shows that YouTube's comments section, when it comes to giving child predators a forum in which they can indulge their predilections, goes beyond vile and into the realm of unsafe.

Nevertheless, it isn't the first time YouTube has faced problems with policing videos that contain comments from child predators. YouTube's suggestion function directs many potential pedophiles to comparable movies, Watson famous within the video, which has acquired greater than 1 million views as of Wednesday.

Saudi crude output to fall to 9.8 million bpd in March
Venezuela's output is already at the lowest in decades as a spiraling economic crisis takes its toll on oil infrastructure. OPEC is partnering with 10 non-member nations, including Russian Federation , to keep 1.2 million bpd off the market.

The furor over the child videos is a fresh blow to YouTube's reputation for policing sensitive content. Most recently, channels promoting anti-vaccination, alternative and holistic medicine, or other forms of pseudoscience have been demonetized and prevented from running ads.

Bloomberg News on Wednesday reported that the Walt Disney Company has also pulled its ads, as has Nestle SA.

However, the survey also found that marketing professionals ranked YouTube as the least brand-safe platform out of eight possible choices, behind Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, search, other publisher sites, LinkedIn, and Snapchat.

Dr. Oetker asked YouTube "to explain how it could happen that advertising of our company was placed in an environment that we strictly reject and consider highly reprehensible ethically", the company said in a statement. The video hosting giant also stated that any content that endangers the minors is non-acceptable on their platform and the company continues to improve its efficiencies to eliminate such abuse more quickly in the future. "But cleaning up social platforms that trade in user-generated content is not as simple as people want it to be".

YouTube said Friday that it would pull advertising from videos that espouse anti-vaccination conspiracy theories, according to BuzzFeed.

Google has made major changes to YouTube in the past in response to advertiser concerns. According to Wired, they're surfacing on YouTube's recommendation system.
